1. Who Is Responsible For Your Information

Guangzhou Jianghesen Decorative Materials Co., Ltd. is the Data Controller / Personal Information Handler for information submitted through this website. JHS Acoustic is a website brand and is not a separate legal entity.

2. What Personal Data We Collect

• Contact details you submit: first name, last name, work email, and country or region; company and phone are optional
• Project details you choose to provide, such as project type, application, location, product interests, quantity, timeline, budget and project or acoustic requirements
• Request context used to route and protect an enquiry, including the source page, referring page and available UTM parameters
• A pseudonymous hash derived from an available network address for abuse prevention; the raw address is not stored in the lead database

3. Purposes And Legal Basis

We use submitted information only to reply to enquiries, prepare quotations, respond to sample or technical-information requests, conduct necessary business communications, protect the enquiry service, and maintain an operational record of acceptance and notification status.

Depending on the request and applicable law, processing is carried out to take steps at your request before a possible contract, to perform a contract, to comply with legal obligations, or for legitimate business and security interests that do not override applicable individual rights. Where applicable law requires consent or another legal basis, that requirement will apply.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing email. Marketing consent is not preselected, bundled with an enquiry, or inferred from a quotation, sample or technical request.

4. Service Providers And Cross-Border Processing

We use Vercel for website hosting and server-side request handling, Turso for enquiry database storage, and Resend for enquiry notifications and necessary business email. They act as technical or data-processing service providers for these purposes; they are not used by this website to enroll enquiry submitters in marketing.

• Vercel may process website request, security and server-function data needed to host and protect the service.
• Turso stores the minimum enquiry, attribution, status and pseudonymous abuse-prevention information required to operate the Lead workflow.
• Resend processes the enquiry fields needed to send a notification to the configured internal response recipient. A notification failure does not undo or discard an enquiry already stored in Turso.

Provider infrastructure or support may involve processing outside mainland China. Actual locations, provider data-processing terms, subprocessors and required cross-border safeguards must be reviewed against the configured services and applicable law. We do not claim that every cross-border filing, assessment, contract or certification has already been completed.

The website does not currently load analytics, advertising, behavioral profiling or email-marketing trackers in the browser.

5. Storage, Security And Retention

An accepted enquiry is stored before an email notification is attempted. If the email notification fails, the stored enquiry remains available for operational follow-up rather than being discarded.

An enquiry that does not convert into a transaction is retained for 24 months from the last meaningful communication. Contract, order, payment, tax, dispute, security-incident or legal-hold records follow the applicable specialist retention requirement instead of the ordinary 24-month enquiry rule.

Cleanup candidates are reviewed quarterly. The process starts with a dry-run report and requires an authorized person to approve deletion or anonymization; the website does not use unattended automatic deletion. A verified, legally valid deletion request will be handled without unnecessary delay. Privacy-impact, authorization and necessary audit records are retained for at least three years.

Reasonable technical controls are used to limit access and reduce abuse. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Your Requests And Our Response Standard

Where applicable, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, restriction of processing, or make a privacy complaint by emailing privacy@jianghesen.com. We will carry out reasonable identity verification before providing, changing or deleting personal information.

Our internal service standard is to acknowledge a request within five working days and, in principle, provide a substantive response within 30 calendar days. The 30-day period is a company service commitment and is not represented as the statutory deadline in every jurisdiction.

If a complex request requires more time, any extension will be limited to what applicable law permits, and we will explain the reason and expected completion date. Mandatory local privacy or consumer rights remain available where they apply.

7. Cookies & Browser Storage

The site uses one optional necessary cookie to remember that the cookie notice has been acknowledged. It does not use localStorage, sessionStorage, analytics cookies or marketing cookies. 8. Policy Updates

Material changes to the website's data handling will be reflected on this page with an updated date. A new cookie-notice version will be used when the browser-storage behavior or related policy changes.
